As a C&C Customer Advocate in AT&T Mobility team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience, from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades on our current products and solutions. While you offer solutions and resolve issues, you’ll work to turn each call into a sales opportunity and deliver personalized recommendations of AT&T products and services. During the call with U.S customers, you will get access to a lot of useful tools that will assist you greatly with your job. Your task will be to collect the balance, understanding the problems our customers are facing, interpreting the information in your tools and guiding our customers to a complete resolution. Of course, not every issue can be addressed during your call. In some cases, you will have to connect them to other specialists, who will resolve their issues.
